Cranberry Sauce

 

Cranberry Sauce

Total Time: 30 minutes
Serves: 4-6

INGREDIENTS:

6 cups cranberries, fresh or
frozen
1/2 cup Water
1 orange, juiced and zested
(zest optional)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup honey

DIRECTIONS:

Place all the ingredients into a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
Lower the heat to medium and continue to simmer until most of the cranberries have popped and the sauce reach the desired consistency.
