I am not one to give testimonials, but I am so thrilled with Erin’s Coaching. I’m 67 and my friends were all doing Whole 30 but I knew I couldn’t do that kind of restriction for 30 days. I had been following Erin for 2 years and really trusted her so when she started her Coaching program I was all in. Prior to the program – I had been having headaches and migraine headaches and I would get 2-4 each month. Headaches just became part of my life. I did not have much energy either.

After 14 days with Erin, I lost 9 pounds and did not have a single headache. After 30 days, I lost 18 pounds. In Week 4 I did not lose an ounce but kept felt so much better I didn’t even care. Then week 5 – I lost 3 more pounds and when I took my measurements had lost 5 inches from my waist and three inches from my thighs. What!?!? Erin has changed my life. I had no idea the weight gain around my belly and thighs that I couldn’t shift, feeling tired all the time, and struggling with work because of brain fog was because I was peri-menopausal!

First off, I’m a 49-year-old, pre-menopausal woman. I had 3 kids in a span of 5 years between the ages of 35 and 40. After my first was born, I did WW and had no problem taking the weight off. After the second, it wasn’t so easy and after the third, all but impossible. I know a lot about nutrition, or at least what the nutritionists have told us was right. None of it mattered. Nothing worked. Nothing.

I went to my primary care physician and told her about my unhappiness with my weight. She commented that my BMI wasn’t all that bad and that, perhaps, “this is just who you are”. What??? That statement very much felt like giving up and I wasn’t ready to give up!

After hearing about Erin’s coaching I thought – Why not?

I’ve tried so many things – why not try something new and different from someone I trusted?

I started the program nearly a month ago exactly. With two days to go in my 1st month, I’ve lost 12 pounds. I even got stuck at the same weight for a week and a half and still lost 12 pounds!

When I came into the program, I was frustrated with my inability to lose some extra weight with methods that had worked well and easily in the past. I know part of it is age and part of it was hormonal changes brought on by my breast cancer treatment, which was fast tracking my body into early menopause. What helped me most was trusting that I had found the right coach with the right sustainable program to help me lose weight while also gaining energy and strength. The biggest shift for me was converting to a mostly gluten-free diet. Six things I achieved were weight loss, an increase in energy, an increase in strength, a boost in confidence, shifting to a diet that is mostly gluten-free and higher in healthy fats and vegetables, and reducing our wine consumption, which is now just on the weekends unless there’s a special occasion. With the right plan, guidance and feedback, I can attain my goals and not feel deprived. I plan on continuing with the plan, keeping in mind the 80/20 rule, trying new recipes, and will repeat the 24 hour cleanse or the 14 day detox if extra weight creeps on or if I decide to lose weight beyond my initial goal. I have a few friends in mind who I think would enjoy, and benefit from, working with you and one is already a new client!
