Smooth Skin Smoothie and Free Metabolic Reboot Workout :)

A Free Workout and my very own healthy skin smoothie recipe for you!
10 Minute Metabolic Reboot
Perform 2 times through without rest.
1) Prisoner Squat - 30 sec
2) Commandos - 30 Sec
2) Alternating Reverse Lunge - 60 sec
3) Pulsed Pushup - 30 sec
4) Plank hip touch - 60 sec
5) Plank - 30 sec
6) Single Leg Dead lift - 30 seconds each side
And here is my all time favorite anti-aging, antioxidant rich smoothie!
 
Smooth Skin Smoothie

 
1 1/2 Cup Green Tea
1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
1 T. Fresh Ginger (peeled and shaved or organic paste)
1/4 C. Frozen  Strawberries
1/4 C. Frozen Blueberries
 
Mix all in blender until smooth and creamy.
