Sexy Sculpted Arms 10 Minute Workout
Perform 2 times through without Rest and as many reps as possible without sacrificing your form and safety.
1) Diamond Push Ups - 60 sec
2) Sumo Squat - 60 sec
3) Commandos - 60 sec
4) Rocking Plank - 60 sec
5) Pulsed Push Ups - 60 sec

Chocolate Banana Smoothie
(Serves 1)
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 C. water
2 Scoops Chocolate Protein Powder
1/2 Banana
1 t. Cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
Add all to Blender with Ice and Blend until creamy.
