My # 1 Anti-Aging Tip

Did you know that studies show when we are grateful and focus on the good things in our life...we are generally happier and therefore less stressed out.

We all know by now that chronic stress is harmful to our bodies, skin and can make us look and feel much older. But with gratefulness comes happiness, less stress, less free radical damage and therefore better hormonal balance which leads to improved weight loss, younger looking skin, and a more healthy body and mind. That's why GRATITUDE is my #1 Anti-Aging Tip.  

Even through very rough times if you really think about it - there are still things to be grateful for...
 
1. Your body and its ability to allow us to eat, exercise, sleep, and experience life.
2. Your family or friends and having a chance to grow together.
3. Your skills and talents that you share with the world.

Take a moment today to practice gratitude. ️

My daily gratitude routine is to write down three things I’m grateful for and that has helped me get through some very difficult times in my life where negativity could have easily consumed me. 

It's hard to be negative and grateful at the same time. 

With some practice we can all unlock a much more youthful, happier and healthier life.
