KETO?

When asked what type of information you want to learn more about - I heard from a large amount of you that you would like to learn more about the Keto Diet.
And I have a delish Keto Smoothie Recipe for you below...

Essentially, “keto” is the shortened term for “the ketogenic diet,” an eating philosophy that focuses on minimal carb intake.
After several days of limiting carbs and sugar, your body will start to burn ketones instead of glucose.

Though many of us have grown up believing carbs are essential for energy and brain function, ketones actually burn cleaner than carbs.
They’re an amazingly pure source of fuel which your brain and body may actually prefer to glucose.

It's a delicious smoothie that follows the KETO guidelines because it's high in healthy fat and low in sugars.

Since most smoothies are full of high-sugar fruits and sweeteners, I wanted to give you a fruit free Keto alternative.  It’s so delicious and I love it for breakfast because it keeps you full for hours and helps fuel your body with clean energy.

Keto Protein Shake
Low carb, delicious, and full of healthy fats to keep you satisfied for hours. 🙂
 
Serves 1
1 avocado
2 tbsp unsweetened almond butter
1 tbsp coconut oil or MCT Oil
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp organic vanilla extract
1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder (optional)
Organic stevia drops (to taste if desired)

Put all ingredients together in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
