A superfood smoothie full of healing ingredients to fight inflammation and full of protein for a great boost of energy.
Chocolate Banana Smoothie
Total Time: 5 minutes
1 small frozen banana or 1/2 large frozen banana
1 cup almond milk
1 scoop collagen peptides (I use Great Lakes Collagen)
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 teaspoon ground flaxseed**
1 teaspoon ground chia seeds**
½ teaspoon organic vanilla extract
Mix all in blender until smooth and creamy.
