Healthy Dessert Hack – Red Velvet Cupcakes!

I'm making these for Sweet Sunday tomorrow!

It's my new recipe hack to make red velvet cupcakes healthy and still yummy.

Did you know in the days before ‚Äúred‚ÄĚ was an ingredient, red velvet cupcakes were actually made with real FOOD that was red ‚Äď namely, beets?

In the case of these cupcakes, the beets make them incredibly moist and give a delicious flavor.

I have two recipes below for the frosting the first one is paleo - dairy free and the 2nd is a primal recipe with dairy.

Chocolate Almond Butter Smoothie Bowl!

OK - this is seriously my new favorite dish for breakfast but I also love it for a mid afternoon snack or even dessert.  So amazingly delicious and made with healthy clean ingredients!
If you are a fan of smoothies, you‚Äôre going to love¬†this because it has my favorite combo of¬†chocolatey sweetness with salty yumminess.¬†ūüôā

Dark Chocolate Avocado Truffles

Oh my!  I made these Dark Chocolate Truffles for my friend's birthday recently and they came out so amazing I knew had to share the recipe with you.

They are¬†quick and easy to make, and use¬†heart-healthy avocado instead of dairy! ¬†I get requests for them all the time - so if you make these they will definitely¬†become a house favorite. ¬†Even better? ¬†There are no bad for you ingredients - just delicious fat burning deliciousness.¬†ūüôā

Blueberry Acai Smoothie Bowl :-)

I absolutely love¬†the delightful recipe below - it's one of my new favorite post workout smoothies and it will make your skin glow. ¬†ūüôā
