It's my new recipe hack to make red velvet cupcakes healthy and still yummy.
Did you know in the days before “red” was an ingredient, red velvet cupcakes were actually made with real FOOD that was red – namely, beets?
In the case of these cupcakes, the beets make them incredibly moist and give a delicious flavor.
I have two recipes below for the frosting the first one is paleo - dairy free and the 2nd is a primal recipe with dairy.

I have a Yummy Dessert Recipe below that is made with unprocessed sugars - a pretty treat and great for the holidays!
