Better Butt 10 Minute Workout
Perform 2 times through without Rest and as many reps as possible without sacrificing your form and safety.
1) Hip Thrust - 60 sec
2) Swimmer- 60 sec
3) Prone Leg Lift - 60 sec
4) Double Bridge - 60 Sec
5) Bridge with Alternating legs - 60 sec

Chocolate Strawberry Smoothie
I love chocolate smoothies - and this one is delightful with the addition of strawberries and cinnamon. Did you know that cinnamon helps you lower your blood sugar levels?
I sprinkle it in smoothies, coffee, greek yogurt and just about everything. 🙂
1 1/2 C. Water
1/3 C Strawberries
1 t. Cinnamon
2 Scoops Chocolate Protein Powder
1. Add all to blender with ice and mix until smooth.
