It's made with good for you healthy fats, low sugar fruit, and healthy greens.

Berry Greens Smoothie

4 ice cubes
1 Tablespoon almond butter
2 handfuls baby spinach
5-6 Mint leaves
1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
