Beautiful Thighs 10 Minute Workout
Perform 2 times through without Rest and as many reps as possible without sacrificing your form and safety.
1) Squat with Side Kick - 60 sec
2) Side Plank with side kick R - 60 sec
3) Side Plank with side kick L - 60 sec
4) Double Bridge with side kick R - 60 sec
5) Double Bridge with side kick L - 60 sec

Strawberry Pineapple Smoothie
1 1/2 C. Water
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1/2 C strawberries
1/4 C. pineapple
Add all to Blender with Ice and Blend until creamy.
