This is one of my most popular fully body workouts!

This workout involves some fun moves to challenge your abs, legs, and booty.  🙂

Abs, Legs, Butt...WOW 10 Minute Workout 
Perform 2 times through without Rest and as many reps as possible without sacrificing your form and safety.

1) Plank Walk Out - 60 sec
2) Lunge with Right Foot to Hand - 30 sec
3) Lunge with Left Foot to Hand  - 30 sec
4) Bridge - 60 Sec
5) Reverse Plank with Alternating Leg Kick - 60 sec
6) Plank with Alternating Leg Kick - 60 sec

Chocolate Banana Smoothie 
(Serves 1)


1 1/2 C. water
2 Scoops Chocolate Protein Powder
1/2 Banana
1 t. Cinnamon


Add all to Blender with Ice and Blend until creamy.
